How to support the Lung Association

Did you know that lung disease ranks second as a leading cause of death in Canada? Help us save lives, by donating generously to the Lung Association.

Your contribution will serve to fund research and prevention programs, as well as to maintain the services provided by the Association to eradicate respiratory illnesses and improve the quality of life of those who are afflicted.

Several ways to financially support the Lung Association...

• Fund-raising campaigns: A variety of awareness campaigns take place throughout the year. Choose the one that appeals to you the most.
• Memorial gifts: An excellent way to express your condolences to a family member, a friend or a co-worker who has lost a loved one.
• Planned donations: Plan your donations without affecting your financial situation. Donate a life insurance policy, an RRSP, a RRIF or a percentage of your retirement fund. By doing so, you will invest in the health of your children, grandchildren and future generations, while earning tax credits that will save you money.
• Bequests: You may bequeath a specific amount of money, a percentage of your estate, or property, securities, a work of art, etc.
